I have to give Mike Wallace credit. He is about to make much more than Pittsburgh offered him.

I am all for anything that makes MIAMI more competitive against NE.

Speaking of talent on the cheap, what about Julian Edelman? That guy is the poor man's Wes Welker and he is younger.

Edelman just has never done that much. He seems like a good player but how much do you pay for a WR with 69 catches and 714 yards in his 4 year career?

Jets cut Sione Pouha. Would be worth a physical check out with a low vet contract plus incentives I think. Godo chance his tank has run dry though.

Is Pouha going to give you more than Kemo did? I see this team looking to get younger and getting rid of age.

Edelman is a good character player though. Has also flipped and been a DB.

If we can pay him just 1-2 M, I'd do it. You do have to worry about him looking better than he was with Brady though...
