BTW, did he ever say who the "extremely credible" source was who had proof Obama's birth certificate was a fake?

This thread reminds me of how I'd dislike some of you in real life if we ever had an open discussion on politics and race. Fortunately this primarily a football forum.

When I first read the article in my feed, I knew a thread on this would be started at some point. And it its going exactly how I thought it would.

I mean – it was 3/4 over the cliff from my OP. Perhaps I shouldn't have started it.

For the record, I agree with you on the topic.

But you should known it would go this way. Especially using Harriott at the The Root as the source. I have read a lot of his articles. While I agree with him at times, he clearly has a slant. There were other articles on this that might have been better.

I never expect a productive or cordial discussion on politics and race on the internet. It just doesn't happen.

As a whole, we dont even have consensus on something we all like - the Ravens!

Lyndon Johnson just rolled over in his grave. And I swear I heard Abe Lincoln say “WTF?”.

You truly are clueless about the history of this country and what’s being done to it.

Do you realize what Lyndon Johnson said after the signing of the Civil Rights Act? I minored in history. So please before throwing personal insults, please know your facts. And I am sorry if I didn’t go back to 1865 in my statement.

The thing about handing the south to the Republucans for a generation?

Well, that turned out to be true. But i dont see how it has anything to do with whether LBJ's administration did more than another administration?
