How bad a franchise are the Browns? I mean, really? I continue to laugh at them on a weekly basis. Carson Wentz, who they could have drafted but thought "wasn't a top 20 QB" is one of the better QBs in the league already, and they could have also taken Watson this past year, who also appears to already be one of the better QBs, with a super high ceiling. Meanwhile Kizer is getting benched and generally playing poorly when he is on the field. They are clueless.
