Monti we stuck with dead ass Flacco for another year at least but having Kubiak as OC would ease my mind bringing in A Young QB under Harbaugh. This kind of hire is the only reason I would want anything to do with Harbaugh as a HC still.

I'll believe it when I see it. Kubiak didn't somehow get better taking a year off. Those health issues are real. Pressure is still huge for any NFL coach
