CRT is Marxist at it's core, though to be fair most critical *blank* theories are. It's the same tired argument that Jacques Derrida and the other post-structuralists make, "We're not Marxists because we're dividing people on race/gender/hair color/whatever lines, not proletariat and bourgeoisie. Totally different thing!" From the late 60's to the early 90's every seemingly new school of critical thought had to do with power and CRT is no different.

Exactly right. The problem is too many people know nothing about what CRT is, and what it's intentions are, so they just ignore it, which is exactly what these Marxists are counting on.

I actually DO know about CRT. However, it's polarized and politicized. What it's about depends on where you look for the information.
