We should be up big and I should be able to relax... instead I get to be stressed for the rest of the game :|

On the Leonhard pass break up, I think he was figuring Dickson would be able to shield it from Leonhard, but he made a good break on it. Torrey was running a post pattern, which Leonhard looked like he was sitting on.

Look, all I know is, SOMEONE has to be open. I can't imagine the Jets are just getting all our options in coverage every one of these plays.

    To be up only 10...unreal.

The problem with all these incompletions is that the clock stops. Ideally, if we could have taken another 3-4 minutes off the clock...even if they were 3 and out with runs, maybe we get out of the half up 17.

The bottom line is this...either the line and Joe have to play better, or we are going to be in trouble in the second half. We have completely let the defense down with giving away 7 (or 14 if you include special teams), and we are keeping them out of the field with this pass happy attack that is failing miserably so far to even take some time off the clock.

Would help if we could get more YPC on runs, but their run D, suprise suprise, isn't as bad as the drubbing they got last week.

Rice's last few have been gains of 2-3

2 or 3 yards is more than 15 consecutive incompletions.

That's what us arm chair coaches were trying to say. The run game
will wear the D down especially vs the 31st team vs the run and
then you throw. The o-line is better at run blocking too.

Joe just kept chucking and began to blow up late in half. Too one
    dimensional at this point.

Deep breath at half time and let's try and slow it down a little on offense. Run some draws, screens and try and take a little of the edge off their rush. Would have taken a 10pt lead at the half if anyone had offered it at the start of the game, so no need to panic, but we do need to get back on track.
"Flacco stepping up and throwing deep down the far sideline... CAUGHT!!! Into the endzone, TOUCHDOWN JACOBY JONES!!!!!"

Ugly game. Dickson has had at least 2 or 3 passes hit his hands.

See, I like us tossing it around a fair amount, but this is where Cam needs to mix it up a bit and keep the Jets off-balance.
