It’s about the team and Flacco is at the very bottom so the only place to go is up. Maybe a spark from someone else is needed. Hell IDGAF if they throw you out there at this point.

Yes. That’s reality. They need to find a head coach who can motivate him. I have no idea if that’s going to happen but it’s the only way to deal with that contract.

I’ve been watching Sean McVay at 31 turn Jarred Goff who has been terrible into a real QB. There are coaches who can overcome. We just have to find one because that’s not Harbaugh anymore

He knows that can’t happen with that contract. The Ravens screwed themselves handing him that money without making him earn it.

That bluff won’t work. I think Joe knows even the Browns wouldn’t want him. That’s an ouch if there ever was one.

Hell, all it takes is ONE injury on either the offensive or defensive side and the whole unit falls apart.

Our offense looks pathetic again next week at Oakland and someone has to go. Whether it be Marty or Joe, you can't have this kind of offense go without doing anything.

That’s why I’m targeting Joe, he will still be here after Harbaugh and Ozzie are gone and a new coach won’t be able to fix him.
