season isn't over as there are 10 games to go, but their are serious personnel issues on the defensive side of the ball. Pees was already using smoke & mirrors to cover some of them up, but w/o Ray & Webb I dunno what the heck the guy is gonna do?
The FO draft misses on the defensive side of the ball are really starting to become apparent.

Actually it's Rice's team now. Rice is the one who had the locker next to Ray. He's the guy the other players started looking too. Flacco is more of a quiet leader. Ray Rice is that next vocal fiery guy.

Teams top tackler, signal caller on defense and locker room leader ....
Hard to come away from this and not think he just may have played his last game, especially when you factor in his comments earlier in the month about wanting to be at his sons games next year.
