    Scheme baby, scheme!

Ravens have to scheme without Suggsy:

Ok, It's a "duh!" article. But I am encouraged by the fact that Pees worked for BB in New England who is notorious for building offenses and defenses around personel and ACTUAL roster talent, not locked into one "system."

What are the keys to making the Ravens a top 10 defense this year?

I think it's going to have to be our CBs holding coverage for a half second longer and letting our relatively inexperienced DEs get another step closer to the QBs.

I think if Kruger continues to improve and steps up and then we get a team effort otherwise up front, the Ravens will be ok.

    Thoughts?

I feel that the Ravens have shown to be able to play without major components on defense in the past.

Also, not trying to highjack the thread, but since we are talking schemes, check this story about the Ravens offense and what Gregg Rosenthal thinks about our offense. It's not where its ranked, it's why. This should bring out the pro Cam vs I hate Cam folks lol.

Probably going back to more 2 gap scheme guessing from Dean Pees' influences.
