Can we get some confirmation on this? I'm not seeing anyone else report this on FB, Twitter, the Raven's site, the Sun, etc:

    Edit: Nevermind.

Thats our top 3 receivers (other than boldin) now out. Hope its not a high ankle sprain. I dont like how this year is starting, too many starters hurt.

Torrey just tweeted "FYI I'm OK stop mixing me up with ED haha"

Not gonna get too worried about this one for the meantime

Wide receiver Torrey Smith also had a right ankle sprain, but "should be fine," Harbaugh said.
Take it for what it's worth though. I know players like to pretend they aren't injured, so Torrey's tweets make sense. But ankle sprains are ankle sprains.

The ankle sprain is just something they'll have to wait and see with. He could've just twisted it and it'll be fine with a few days rest. Or it could keep him out a few weeks.

I think if it was a High Ankle Sprain, they'd be treating it more seriously. Usually, they can tell what those are within first couple days.

I hope it's nothing b/c I saw his ankle tweak just about in real-time (as he took a couple steps), and it alarms me b/c last year I also noticed Evans' ankle tweak in real-time too :(

Sounds like he's fine, just a tweak.

The injuries are getting a bit ridiculous though. Hopefully they get this out of their system now.
