I like the move but wish they had moved it to week 10. I guess they feared teams that were out of it would dump some salaries.
Also like the idea of allowing each team one player on the IR that can return later in the year

yea the IR rule will be used for a guy hurt in week 1, or maybe in our case, it could be used on tucker incase cundiff fucks up again because he may get stole of a PS, or in last years case a guy like kindle or mcadoo that if a pass rusher went down you can bring him in.
Maybe even steeter who would get stole of a PS, if we dont feel he is ready for a roster spot, keep him there and if worst comes to worst activate him.
Obivoulsy in these scenarios we need to make up some phathom injury which we appear to be good at lol
