Back up for Joe next year.....?

Just a thought....
As I was watching highlights during halftime, one of the commentators mentioned Matt Flynn of Green Bay will be a FA after the season. I am not familiar with his entire body of work or how much it would cost, but after todays performance I am thoroughly impressed. Im not sure if I like the idea of Tyrod continuing to be the back up in the future and have been quitely hoping we pick someone else up this offseason. Like I said, just a thought....Any other suggestions???

After that performance, he will likely go somewhere where he will at least have an opportunity to challenge for a starting role.

He set GB records for yards and TD's in a single game today I believe.

Matt Flynn is going to get a lot of contract offers this off-season...Jets, Seahawks, Miami, Denver, etc...

He'll be the new Rob Johnson, though perhaps he'll make more of it than Johnson did.

Flynn is going to get starting money and a starting job. The Seahawks seem to like to try a new starter every year and they are willing to pay. Dolphins will have a new coach looking for a new approach. They could also be in the mix. If Flynn wanted to stay a backup he'd stay with the Packers. He won't have to.
