    Make your list.

Let's just put an end to it. Make your list of current quarterbacks that you think are better than Joe Flacco and explain why, whether it is statistics, wins, losses, fourth quarter performances, 'big' game performances or just something about them. Enough with the average/above average debates. Make your list and give your detailed explanations.

EDIT: I meant to say, who you think is better than Joe. I made the correction in the paragraph, just in case.

    Re: Make your list.

I'll stick with Joe and his 4th consecutive playoff run. Thanks for asking.

And we need another Joe Flacco discussion because .....???????
In a 2003 BBC poll that asked Brits to name the "Greatest American Ever", Mr. T came in fourth, behind ML King (3rd), Abe Lincoln (2nd) and Homer Simpson (1st).

Heard Rich Gannon talking about the type of big physical qb it takes in the afc north. Pitt has theirs, Ravens have theirs, and it looks like Cincinnati may have found theirs. One quality of Joe that I haven't seen discussed is availability. We have bee fortunate that despite some huge hits he shows up every week.

Nice list, but I would question putting Abe Vigoda above Sterling Hayden.

LOL. Very true. Even if Abe had a larger role in the movie, I can't rank "Fish" from Barney Miller above Brigadier General Jack D. Ripper. Not sure what I was thinking. Time to edit before the Russians sap and impurify my precious bodily fluids and conspire to fluoridate my water.

    Re: Make your list.

I really don't know why so many people are flipping out on Flacco. Yes, his numbers have regressed compared to last year, but he's progressed when it comes to things like beating the Steelers (w/ Ben) both here and at Pittsburgh. A lot of his incomplete passes were the results of drops by some of the WRs (as seen by Dickson last week).

At the end of the day all I care about is the "W". Joe has proven that he is a winner and has the best record of any QB in his first 3 years (possibly 4, not sure). If he wins the Super Bowl then I guarantee the same would be expected of him the next year and frankly that's way too much to expect out of any team.
