The Ravens And The NFL Want Your Opinion

Did anyone else get the survey the Ravens sent out entitled, "The Ravens And The NFL Want Your Opinion"?

I took the survey yesterday. It about 15-20 minutes to complete.

I was just curious as to what other people find important? In regards to the survey I place the most importance on the following 4:

1) The team is headed in the right direction - They don't need to win every year, but they do need to put forth their best effort and have a plan in place. The plan may or may not work, they just need to have a plan that they believe in.

2) Safety - The dunken, obnoxious in your face fan is getting old. I'd like to see the NFL promote a safer environment. No one should ever feel unsafe going to a game no matter who you root for. And yes, a certain amount of ribbing is fine and can make for a fun time. I'm talking the serious offenders.

3) Cost of the game.

4) Parking/organization - Obviously if you parked in a lot then you have to sit in some amount of traffic afterwards. But at least try to make it as painless as possible.

Haven't seen it. Then again, I am neither a PSL holder nor registered on the team website. I've done some survey research in the past & would be interested in seeing the questionnaire for informational purposes only.
