    Jarret Johnson Post Game Presser.

    http://www.baltimoreravens.com/media...0a2f5941ef280f

I still do not know how to post videos. Tony tried to show me once and I am fairly confident that I did not do it right.

Would one of the moderators be so kind as to move this to the Ravens Forum please?

JJ spoke alot about hasslebacks ability to throw in a rhythm.

That seem sto be one of our biggest problems on offense.

    NO Rhythm!!

Flacco needs to be allowed to get into some type of rhythm early on for him to be successful most of the time.

Certainly we've won games with some of his other abilitys when the games are kept close. (See Pittsburgh at Pittsburgh last year)

Personaly, I think Flacco has to get off to a quick start to get into a rhythm to make opposing defenses uncomfortable nad threatened.
    (See last week)

This falls on Cam and game planning.

Aren't we still talking about a QB that came from a system he played at in college that was primarily a shot gun rhythm type offense?

For whatever reason, Cam doesn't believe in no huddle or the shotgun except on 3rd and long.

    They've done it before.
Hell, they did it last week against Pittsburgh.

I'm not sure what the problem here is, but they need to get him in a rhythm quickly or there will be more days like yesterday.

It's almost like some running backs.
They need to get in a rhythm to have success.
Others aren't as affected as much by it.

Clearly though IMO when Flacco is playing in an upbeat mode he plays better.

    Or quick slants....
Or short yardage passes in space on 1st or 2nd down....
    Or swing passes......
Or screen passes more than once a game.....
    Or delay runs......

But man can he call an end around.

Joe's a big boy and the undisputed starting QB of the Ravens. It is insane to think he doesn't play a large role in gameplanning. Getting into a rhythm is HIS responsibility.

Its the music city, Nashville had the RHYTHM going.....they have Conway Twitty and all of that. We have to get funky and Harbaugh and Cameron are about as funky as wonderbread.

You know I use to think you were just hard on Flacco and Harbs but now I am a believer with you. THese two really need to get it together or it maybe time to start looking else where sometime soon. THey need to snap into it and really start to take over this team.

Agreed, flacco being able to view the field from a shotgun set on earlier downs would help him and the offense i think
