Sad about Lee Roy Selmon
Selmon was taken way to soon from us. Selmon was to the Bucs what Ray Lewis has been to the Ravens. He came to a terrible lost franchise and gave them something to build around. He showed tremendous leadership and helped take a team that started off winless to the NFC Championship game 4 years later.
After football he stayed in Tampa and was a huge force in local charities. He was also a successful businessman and recently an amazing AD. Selmon created the football progam at USF the same way he created football for the Bucs. Lee Roy Selmon will always be remembered as Mr. Tampa. They even named a highway after him! It's nice to think about someone who did so much for that community but it's so sad to lose him this soon. :(

Agreed. Not to make it to 60 these days sucks. I remember when 57 seemed waaaay old, but hell it's like 40 used to be.
