On second look at the video I love at around 3:30 in the video it says something about Scott Walker talking to kids about his "Read to Lead" initiative. Now I am fine about stressing the importance of reading to kids especially to kids who might come from homes where readingis not valued but I do remember the absolute conservative outrage when Obama spoke about his initiative of service to school ageed kids. Or the conservative outrage when Michelle Obama speaks to kids about her initiative of healthy eating. This might be the most salient point of discussion in this video. The fact that no one feels a need to protest Scott Walker's initiative "feeding" but are just cleanly protesting his desire to kill unions. Conservatives would forming militia's if Obama presented an initiative to a school.

Barry "0" has nothing to say about schools. He stopped DC's voucher program so to say he truly cares about kids is laughable. Using Michelle 0bama and her "do as I say,not as I do" approach to childrens healthy eating is also laughable.

I take it your punt here to a brain dead criticism of Michelle eating ribs is about as much admission one will get from you that your title of the thread was way out of line.

By the way, I am 6'2" and weigh 170 lbs. I eat ribs on occasion. I would hardly say my desire to be healthy is negated by eating ribs once or twice a year.

Wasn't out of line at all. Libs don't understand the optics of picketing a predominantly AA school that's successful for sending 85% of its graduates to college. You see my title as race baiting because that what Libs have been doing for the last 40 years and it came easy to you too!

I don't think they should protest at any school, much less an "AA" school. Just like they shouldn't protest at the Special Olympics like they did when Walker visited. Using kids for protest purposes is wrong. A governor or mayor, regardless of his/her standing, should be able to visit schools without protests. Just my opinion.
