It's the preseason fellas. Smith should have caught that.

Torrey Smith showing why he may not be ready to be the 3rd receiver.

That play looked wrecked from the beginning and Joe salvaged it with a quick, accurate throw. Torrey lets the team down.

Honestly, its really early, and still preseason, but Torrey Smith looks a lot more like Travis Taylor than a work in progress. He looks awful out there every game.

Which I don't understand, cause he had great hands and physicality in college.

He won't be the 3r receiver. Not at first, at least.
"A lot" is a two word expression denoting a great deal or greatly, as in "I like sunshine a lot." "Alot" is a lovable imaginary grammar monster. You can love a lot; you can love an alot; you can love alots a lot; but they are not the same thing.

Reed, Doss, and Williams are all outplaying Torrey. He's our worst receiver.

Maybe he's just experimenting. Only way to grow is to try new things and preseason is the time to do it.
I sure hope you are right. I relize pre season would be the time to experiment, but he hasnt thrown a td yet. Of course, it doesnt help when your receiver drops the ball on a perfect pass.
