Detroit is badly hit and so is LA and Chicago.

Police and fire departments as well as teachers are being cut back and
not just here but world wide.

Some cities are turning off the street lights because they can't pay the electric
bill.

San Diego is turning off lights in their office buildings a lot earlier.
