Ray Lewis-Sound FX NFL Network
Rob Long mentioned this on his show this morning.
NFLN is re-airing it today at 3:30pm. I haven't seen it yet, but aparently it's a 30min show with Ray mic'ed up throughout his career. Set your DVR's if you're at work.

Re: Ray Lewis-Sound FX NFL Network
I watched this last night and recorded it too. I may have to watch this before every Ravens game to get pumped up - it was excellent. My favorite bit was probably when he lays out Chad Johnson and Chad just lies there, wheezing on the floor, before getting up and saying 'I accidentally ran into Ray.'
I genuinely fear for this defense the day that Ray retires.

Re: Ray Lewis-Sound FX NFL Network
While watching this late last night, it hit me: when does he sleep? Does he sleep? What's he like putting himself to sleep?
I'll leave the obvious answers as an exercise to the reader.

Re: Ray Lewis-Sound FX NFL Network
I've often thought about this as well.
Who in the hell is going to take over that role.
Not necessarily on the field as replacing what he has done for 15 years might not ever be replaceable, but more what he brings emotionally?
There was a time last night while watching that I thought I'd get up and run through a brick wall if he told me to do it.
The mental aspect he brings to the game and team is second to none!!
There's another piece on NFL network coming on later this week.
Don't remember what day or time, but it is called I believe "NFL Presents-The Ray Lewis Coaching Circle"
It looked like a collection of guys that are now head coaches who have coached Ray at some level discussing what it is or was like to coach him.
I know it's Harbaugh, Marvin, Singletary, Del Rio, Rex Ryan and I forget who else.
If somebody finds out day and time it's on please post it herre. Will Die A Ravens Fan!!

Ditto. I have it DVR'd and was planning on watching it at 7am Sunday morning prior to heading to tailgating. Although I am worried that I will get so freaking pumped up too early and have nothing left later. We need to look into watching this or something like this before heading into the stadium.
