Who is Merton?

Anyone who listens to Drew Forrester on WNST, particularly on Monday mornings during football season has probably heard this rabid Indianapolis Colt fan named Merton.

Drew claims he doesn't know anything about him, where he is calling from, etc. Is this guy some imposter put up by the station, or is he a real caller? His accent sounds fake and I doubt if people from Indianapolis talk with that type of accent.

I was wondering if anyone on this board knows anything about this kook? My guess is that it is all an act and the guy lives in Parkville or some other community that receives the station's weak signal.

It's already been revealed that Merton (a.k.a. Curtin) is actually from Dundalk, not Indianapolis.

He's just trying to get people riled up. He's a douchebag.
