No coach goes 16 years with the same franchise, winning one Super Bowl and in the playoffs every year the team is reasonably healthy and even some years where injuries decimated the team without being a good head coach; especially when you consider his Assistant Coaches are routinely being poached by needy franchises every year.

Not buying it. Not by any stretch. And that's still only 8, not 10.
Like I said at the end of the post you quoted, it comes down to how you rate coaches.

As I implied at the beginning, that list is all coaches who won a superbowl or won more playoff games than Harbaugh in the last 12 years.

Since you don't agree, first tell me what's your criteria for rating head coaches

Even with a second, not sure that puts him in top 10 all time. I do think it would cement him in as a HOFer though.

If you want to rate coaches solely by postseason record, and cherry pick the years that are the least flattering to the coach.. well, I guess that's one way. "Since 2020, Brian Daboll is a better coach than Bill Belichick." I could give you a long list of coaches who are "better than Don Shula" if I choose my years correctly. So I wouldn't do it that way.

Playoff success is important, but it's not the only thing. In addition to playoff success, my criteria would include
-- winning percentage in the regular season
    -- reputation around the league
-- culture and support of the players
-- success and quality of assistant coaches
-- preparation and effort level on Sundays
    -- development of young players
-- the performance of players under said head coach vs the performance of the same players when they play somewhere else

It would also include some nuance and understanding of an actual situation -- like injuries. *Almost* winning a playoff game with Snoop Huntley at QB is an actual positive in my evaluation of a coach. Having an obviously superior team shit the bed in the playoffs is a negative. (Harbs has done both in recent memory.)

Harbaugh's parents and brother don't believe that.
