This is just 1 example of Democrat led Maryland's ridiculous policies

This 12 year old kid, who's been arrested 10 times, would make Freddie Gray proud. In Maryland, children under 13 can not be charged with a crime unless it is a crime of violence. He knows he can get away with almost anything but murder. Each time, he is released to his parents. Why can't they be charged or the kid taken away from these worthless parents?

This is why gangs recruit kids. They know they can get away with anything.

Apparently, the 16-yr old who killed the 15-yr old at Joppatown high school also had multiple prior encounters with police as either a suspect, witness, or victim.

10 crimes in 5 months? Yeah definitely the parents should be responsible by either being fined or perform community service.

Yeah this is one I agree with you on. When it comes to crime and punishment I’m way more on the right than the left. One of the areas I rate highly when it comes to deciding a candidate (locally, not talking nationally/federally) to get my vote as a swing voter.

Where’s shade on this? I know he supports criminals, so I just want to here his rebuttal
