What's up with these Democrats lying about their awards/service in the Military?

First it was the creepy Governor from Minnesota, Tampon Tim. Now, it's our very own Governor of Maryland, Wes Moore, lying about receiving a Bronze Star. No worries, only Republicans are not allowed to make "honest" mistakes.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but aren’t you presented with it in some way? Like it isn’t a piece of paperwork, don’t people actually get the goddamn medal, in your hands?

So no, if that is the case, then no, it isn’t okay. He willfully and knowingly lied.

Shit, even Call of Duty players are more authentic.

I received the Congressional Medal of Honor.

Oh, sorry, that was a speeding ticket.

Did yall read the article? Bronze Stars were routinely awarded at end of service during the War on Terror, and Anthony Anderson, who runs a literal watchdog on Stolen Valor, says in the article that this is most likely not a case of that, it was most likely just crappy paperwork.

Y’all are voting for Captain Bone Spurs, who likes pushing people around at Arlington to get a shot of himself giving a thumbs up next to a soldiers grave.

The fact is if Trump were President these past 4 years, those 13 men would still be alive. You know it, I know it, and those dead soldiers parents know it and that's why they invited Trump there with a camera to document the event. Joe and Kamala were not invited by the parents. What does that tell you?

Okay, I read up, there is a ceremony for receiving the award. So you are telling me he conveniently believes he was at a ceremony and received a bronze star? This isn’t a paperwork foul up.

That is the very definition of stolen valor.

The only thing they lie about more than themselves, is Trump. If their lips are moving, it's about 95% certain they are lying.

It tells me the parents are Trump supporters, who allowed Trump to stage a political stunt next to their childs grave, dishonoring Arlington, the other buried soldiers and families of those soldiers, and received an actual rebuke from the US Army itself.

Who the hell gives a smile and thumbs up next to a fallen soldiers grave?

Its in the actual article that is posted, sorry that I trust Anderson’s opinion over yours, who is someone whose actual job is investigating Stolen Valor.

“And it’s also entirely possible that paperwork got lost in the shuffle, or that the Bronze Star was in fact approved but somehow did not make it into Moore’s record properly, Anderson said.

“It could be in his paperwork. A lot of soldiers, once they retire, they don’t go back and look,” he said.

Anderson said Moore’s explanation that he was told that he would receive the honor seems reasonable. And it’s worth noting that he hasn’t been repeatedly claiming the Bronze Star and has apologized for the error on the fellowship application.

“That is a very plausible explanation in my professional opinion, and it wouldn’t amount to stolen valor,” Anderson said.”

I listed an Academy Award on my resume, how could I have forgotten my agent submitted the paperwork, but I totally forgot accepting the award!

You obviously believe whatever narrative that fits regardless if it is a lie.
