    Hurricane Season

This is expected to be a lively one in 2024. Currently a category one developing in Florida
Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds!

Well there was a very early cat 5. Earlier than usual. What's hard to predict is saharan dust which can dissipate the likelihood of hurricanes but all things considered each season has more and more of the ingredients necessary depending on el niño/la niña climate shifts

As the planet and oceans get warmer its only getting worse.

    According to NOAA:

The global proportion of tropical cyclones that reach very intense (Category 4 and 5) levels is projected to increase (medium to high confidence)

Tropical cyclone intensities globally are projected to increase (medium to high confidence)

Tropical cyclone rainfall rates are projected to increase in the future (medium to high confidence)

How typical and predictable is this?

Ahhhhhh!!! WEATHER!!!!! We need to scare kids into voting for us and force everyone into energy poverty!
Meanwhile we will direct taxpayer dollars to green boondoggles that benefit our cronies and ignore the abundant resources that would do more to lift marginalized people out of poverty than any dumb fuck Marxist scheme supported by useful idiots like yours truly.

So does that mean we haven't spent enough money on trying to reverse global warming? What we have spent has been totally ineffective? Does anyone know how much we need to spend to change the trajectory of rising temperatures? Does anyone know if the united States went to zero O2 emissions, if it would actually reverse global warming? What about the rest of the world? Does anyone have a plan that will allow low income people the ability to afford EVs? Evs are going to be exponentially more expensive then regular fossil fuel vehicles are. The municipal governments will have to figure out how to reclaim lost gas tax revenue. That will come in the form of a "mileage tax". Electric rates will go up as well.

What if we achieve the goal in reversing the heating of the climate and we see a drop in temperatures? Do we run out and buy fossil fuel vehicles to try and warm it back up? Start drilling more oil? You can't just control mother nature like some thermostat on your living room wall.......or think you can spend enough money to change the climate. 50 years ago we were told we were headed for another ice age.........Now it's global warming, what will it be 50 years from now?

    It's insanity..........

Hurricanes getting more dangerous and waters getting warmer is an absolute fact. Not even debateable.
