Plus could help take Virginia, and will play well on PA

Solid pick Lax and if he could get VA in the win column, that would be a huge get.

Marco Rubio has Latin ancestry, right?
I think he is a good candidate for vice president, according to what I read somewhere, Latinos are going to be a great source of votes in the future.
I don't know how he thinks or what policies he proposes, but I think the majority of Latinos there are Republicans, staunch enemies of progressive woke populism.

Doug Burgum has been told he's out. Rubio is also out. It's either JD Vance or a surprise.

Dont get the pick. Doesn’t really do anything for the ticket. Must be a trust thing

Yeah exactly. Not adding moderate appeal at all.

He's also from Florida. Not that it matters now, but there's a constitutional thing where the President and VP can't reside in the same state.

I like the pick, especially out of the 3 "finalists." He is young at only 39 and the Republicans are becoming the younger of the 2 parties. Who were the "moderates" you guys wanted? Besides Tulsi, who were the other moderates that were in the running. Rubio used to be for amnesty for illegals years ago. Maybe this will help justify the pick.
