Re: Someone plz pinch or slap me (surreal moment)

I’m very excited about having Henry (My favorite RB of this generation), and he will make a difference for our offense. Other than staying healthy, my primary concern would be that we need a plan B. It can’t just be ‘We’ll run Henry 20 times and dominate TOP. Because if we can’t beat playoff teams any other way, you’re just asking for playoff defenses to put a stop to it and ask us what else we got. They need to make sure this passing game takes steps forward. Otherwise, when the playoffs come, we’ll be running Henry into stacked boxes and Henry has been stopped in the playoffs before. Including by us.

Good point Ex. I want to see the evolution of this offense's effectiveness against teams that take away the run as the primary option. Because relying on coaching to produce a counter on the fly has shown to be a fruitless exercise.

So that's where we're at now? We lump Monken in with other ineffective Coordinators? Sans the AFCG Monken has proven to be a pretty decent OC. IS that what you're going to do? Compare your ex-wife to your current? I am giving Monken much more credit then that. If some schmuck sitting on his couch in Dundalk can figure that out I am going to guess Monken can as well.

Agree with your thoughts on Monken as he ran the offense very well for most of the season. The problem is that the Ravens are 3-6 in the playoffs with the current head coach and a bunch of different coordinators over the last 11 years. Hoping for positive results in the playoffs leading to a Super Bowl in 2024.
