The Chiefs have had the ravens number for a long time now. The Ravens need to get over this hump if they want to ever win a SB with Lamar. This will be the perfect test to see if we have done what it takes since the AFCCG to get the dub over KC.
I know that we beat them a few years ago but that was in Baltimore and it's a different team now. This team has a better shot at actually winning the whole thing than we did back then with the Greg Roman offense.

I'm actually fairly excited
I want us/media/fans to get over the AFCCG narratives (because it is a new season) and having this matchup this early in the season bodes well for that. We also get to see if this team is maturing if they come out looking prepared and like they belong there.

I’m sure Kyle Hamilton will be itching to redeem himself against Kelce. He is like the only pass catcher who had any semblance of success against him.

The Lions beat the Chiefs in exact same spot last year. Both teams did pretty well after that. I like starting the season off this way. Win and it really sets a great tone for season

That TD pass to Kelce w/ Hamilton defending in the AFCCG, absolutely NO one could have stopped that. It was a perfect pass, placement, route, and catch.
