    Running Quarterbacks

Running Quarterbacks face very different issues from other QBs, earlier in their lives in football. Coaches see their running ability as a path to easy wins, easy job security and often get very lazy when it comes to developing them as passers, not making it the top priority. This continues as they get older and hit college. By that point, their 'gifts' are weaponized against their own development as passers (Which continues to take a backseat), leaving them pigeonholed to those 'gifts', and it declared that they will never be great passers. QBs who don't have freakish running ability at a young age, see their passing development as the Top priority and their passing development benefits from that focus.

Funny thing is, he is the first to scream "Lamar was in a pro style offense at Louisville", while also saying the coaches were holding him back.

Coaches don’t have time to develop QBs like Lamar because if they don’t win they won’t be there to see the final product. Thats why they run them into the ground. We all hate it but these coaches have families to feed and need to win.

I’m think high school but nowadays they are putting the best athletes on teams at qb even in peewees. And why not they touch the ball on every snap. It’s just now starting to carry through into high school where before your best athlete was always put st running back

Rushing ability translates well and is an immediate weapon, especially by someone who touches the ball every day and win now coaches leverage rushing ability to the determent of their QB's health or longterm development.

Justin Fields had a top 3-4 QB rushing season ever and nobody cares and wants to offer any type of draft pick for him.

Teams bending over backwards for a less accomplished and character concerns Deshaun Watson wanted nothing to do with Lamar because he was running Greg Roman's offense.

Rushing QBs are simply lesser in the NFL. Its changing on the lower levels of football which have always been ahead of the curve in this specific area, the NFL and its brotherhood is different.
    I believe in Devontez Walker
