Yet, he finds way to bounce from place to place?
Attitude?
Undisclosed injury/recreational activity?
Problem with the playbook?

Just think, this team kept Iman Marshall -- who did nearly nothing for the team -- for YEARS. Currently, they have JAD. Bad things seem to happen when he's on the field. But he's still on the team. But KBK -- not even a full preseason.

Ravens couldn't, or didn't decide to do that with Kelly.

There is a reason he was available in the fifth round.

Coming out, he was a great character guy and great pedigree, which the Ravens value. I think his pedigree allowed him to have skills to play the position, but maybe not the athleticism. Decent college receivers ran past him too easily, and he was a pretty poor tackler.

When the Ravens drafted him you knew immediately he was going to need to be a major special teams contributor to have any hope.
