Fuck him......if he knew why not spill the beans? If it was going to drop why not drop it now? if it's true then why not? Also, if it's is big as he says it is.......that shit doesn't stay secret. To many people would know and it would have already gotten out. Especially if the police were involved. To many people would know and it would be out the second it happened.
