So few attempts. That has to be from the late 40s or early 50s. Bobby Layne when he was a Lion or Sid Luckman? I think Otto Graham threw for a lot more yards so I don't think it's him.

Would think it would have to be early but I'm not sure they had Passer Ratings back then(1960s-earlier).

I'm just going to say that I've read a lot about that Favre and Mississip welfare story and I think he was duped. They are suing more than 3 dozen people but Favre has no charges and is not expected to be charged with anything. He did speaking engagements to help raise money. I doubt he was in the fine details of how it was distrubuted.

The non profit group heads have already pleaded guilty, I think they just lied to everyone about how the money would be used

Good guesses. I was thinking 60's or 70's. First thought was Johnny U. Then after I thought about it, I was thinking the 70's. Good teams with running games and solid QBs.
