Israel have been appeasing Palestine and Hamas for decades, they only have themselves to blame for this mess.

Weapons manufacturers may want war, they make money from it for sure... but arms production makes up a tiny % of GDP. It really isn't something many people worry about except military professionals. It's not even in the same ball park as energy or tech. You are completely exaggerating the profit motive of war, like most conspiracy theorists do. War is lose lose for everyone.

I am against the Iraq war like Greg, but only in hindsight. There was evidence of weapons of mass destruction around the Iraq area, and Sadam was constantly sabre rattling against the West and Israel. Had they actually been developing nukes, I would have fully supported us wiping them out within days. In truth, we should have finished the job while we could during gulf war 1. Iran is the real enemy however and think that Iraq was a huge waste of time in the end.
