You are very pro-government. I am very only necessary government, which is about 90% less than what we have.
    Agreed.

I don't care what you think it good or bad government control. To me there is a necessary amount to enforce laws we almost all agree on, build roads, enforce contracts, that kind of stuff. Healthcare and housing and all the other kinds of crap, especially at the federal level, I want gone.
That’s probably not the best graphic example.

It’s one I found quickly just to highlight what I was referencing.

What else does center mean but moderate and held by a majority?

In this case, I actually think both fat left and fat right are against it however.

I put this graphic together to highlight my thoughts on the political spectrum.

Not trying to define myself on a single issue. Jonboy asked me for ONE example of a belief of mine that is conservative or moderate. Re-read his post to me. I provided one. Now I get jumped on because I provided what he asked for. Bullshit. If you're going to attack me for every post I make at least be selective instead of a widespread scatter pattern.

I am pro-government for certain areas and less gov't for others. I have personally seen what happens when the poor fringe members of society cannot make ends meet, cannot get jobs because of mental health issues, cannot afford food for their kids so eat at crap like McD's, loses all their money due to cancer treatment. So yes, I believe society (also includes gov't) has a responsibility to help those who need it the most. That means allocating funds. I do not believe we are in disagreement here.

I have never heard of the far right being against the death penalty. Examples?

    .
If this guy had actually harmed her - I would be all for the bullet: https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/03/us/mi...day/index.html. You believe this would be giving too much authority to the gov't. However, the gov't is supposed to be enacting laws for the good of the people. Had the little girl been physically harmed (heaven knows she has emotional harm for certain) I see no reason this guy should continue to breath.

See, it is wrong to me. I am a "Religious Fundamentalist" in that I believe in the fundamentals of Christianity. That has absolutely zero to do with my political views which are libertarian and much closer to the top..

Including someone's religious beliefs is not helpful. Their views on government are all that matter when trying to define a political spectrum. And in any case most religious people are not big government advocates. Wanting innocent life protected is not a big government position.
