Dez Bryant Calls Ravens coaches Lazy in their development of Lamar

Are we gonna pretend this is ANOTHER former raven who had something to say about the coaching staff but this is just sour grapes and he doesnt know he's talking about?

    He's right.

Passing scheme/concepts were atrocious. So tired of watching receivers run into each other and running identical routes right next to each other.
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

This is why I have such high expectations for the difference ANY new OC can make. Think about how low the bar is set to achieve "substantial improvement." Hypothetically, a new OC could improve ONE thing - routinely using more than 1/2 of the field for routes - and with that change alone, we'd be markedly better.

Could be true. Still ain't giving Lamar a fully guaranteed deal if I'm EDC.

He's right. But this goes much deeper. All the way to the high school level

This is what happens with a lot of athletic qbs. Instead of developing their passing skills like you would a less mobile qb... coaches take the easy route and rely on their legs.

Purple Patrollers on RSR: “Dez is washed and is bitter that the Ravens didn’t keep him.” Lol

    This.

But nobody can argue with what Dez said. How they’ve handled the pieces around Lamar has been malpractice at best.

Well then it's a good thing the primary coach responsible is no longer on staff.

That is not what happened with Lamar at Louisville however.

It's all about who's gonna be replacing him.
