  1. Who's your Coach of the Year

Excluding the playoffs, who's your Coach of the Year candidate?

Nick Siriani has a great case. Daboll as well. Pederson probably my third choice.

Brian Daboll. He took a team with a weak roster and no cap space in toughest division in the NFL and got to the divisional round of the playoffs.

Runner up - Doug Peterson. He took a very young team who had beaten like a mule for year and quickly gave them an identity and real future.

Dan Campbell would be my 3rd. Lots of similar issues that the Jaguars had. Great job

    Daboll or Pederson

All the Coaches mentioned warrant consideration, no doubt.

Also in the discussion: Kyle Shanahan for keeping the 9ers relevant with 3rd string QB.
Mike Tomlin for finishing 9-8 with a shit team.
Pete Carroll for making playoffs with Geno Freaking Smith @ QB

Brian Daboll. That Giants roster is bottom 10 in the league and he not only got them a playoff berth in what appears to be the best division in football, but he got a playoff win on the road against a 13 win team.

Honorable mention to Doug Pederson who took worst w/l record 2021 team and secured a division title and won a playoff game. But I give the edge to Daboll because of playing in a superior division.

Who's your Coach of the Year

Nick Sariani (sp) and Howie Roseman is Executive of the Year, both by faaaaar. Howie killed the draft, free agency and the trade market, the way you’re supposed to when you have a QB on a rookie deal. Imagine if the Ravens had a GM LIKE THAT.
