The chances of it happening before the draft seem to be 0.0. No one is interested. Maybe if a team misses out on a QB they were looking to draft they'll start thinking about Lamar

At that point I would think the Ravens would go a good bit higher than their standing offer and match unless they have secured a legitimate QB. No way they leave that position undermanned with the potential the rest of the team has for a playoff run.
