Thread: It's time

    It's time

This reminds me of the Cam Cameron firing timing in 2012.

Contrary to what some others are going on and on about, this isn't ALL Romans fault.

But there needs to be a change in offensive leadership. It's time.

This game was lost in the first half when we kept kicking field goals when we got inside the 10.

Harbaugh famously said of the Cameron firing that he didn't think it was all his fault, but they just couldn't get onto the highway offensively...we just seemed endlessly stuck on the ramp but couldn't get there.

We are at the same point here. Team needs a shakeup and the offense just isn't playing up to it's potential.
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

    Guys with big games:
Josh Oliver who was let go by the Jaguars.
    Thirty-six years old Desean Jackson.
Brandon Stephens and Peters back to themselves without Marlon Humphrey on the field.

I am inclined to agree. The player mistakes definitely cost us a good deal today, but Roman just does not set this offense up well enough at all. He does nothing to help scheme the WRs open. He does nothing to help Lamar get into a better rhythm throwing and give him better options. The run continues to struggle unless Lamar's carries ratchet up. He does not seem to have any other solution, other than ask Lamar to be Superman. If we go into the playoffs with this offense and defenses having 17 weeks of tape on us, we all know what will happen.

I'd be shocked if any changes were made during the season. There's no accountability from EDC on down. Get used to it.

Lmao yall forget ravens are competing against pros on the other side. I have faith they bounce back. Adversity is good come playoff time. Sky is not falling. Get Hamilton back and marcus williams back. Hump banged up today. We will be fine. Stanley back on offense will rejuvenate thT side of the ball.

It is time but this offense also has no talent when you’re down JK and Stanley and a hobbled Gus. Some of this is on EDC for filing the offense with JAGs. The offense right now is Lamar, Andrews, and some guys.

The game wasn’t loss in the first half. The game was loss when the defense let jags March down the field for a TD and a 2pt conversion including a 4th down conversion after forcing a 3rd 20.
