Uh no...they were out of practice squad elevations for Jackson, so they had to cut somebody...he was low man on the totem pole....that's all this is.

You always wonder with these guys. Victor. Shemar Bridges. Tylan Wallace. Etc etc. What if they’d gone to KC or Pitt or Cincy. Odds are still that they’d bust, just given the overall numbers and relatively high rate of busts at the WR position…. but still, it’s a thought experiment I keep coming back to.
