Oweh-2 sacks(over/under?) SMH. Ojabo? I hope he was worth the risk. If he pans out then maybe we should move Oweh down the depth chart. EDC and his draft picks? This year's draft was good. I still question JAD, Ojabo, Kolar, Badie, and Faalele. My assessment-JAD may be a back up if he's lucky/healthy, Ojabo is a hit or miss, Kolar a good backup/potential 1b TE, Badie is a ?, he could be a decent comp RB, Faalele could be a steal and good RT possibly developing into a LT.
I like Faalele. You can't teach that size and he has some athletic ability although limited. So a hypothetical ? If Faalele is active but never plays, we have issues in the red zone and short yardage situations, why not put Faalele in different formations in the short yardage situations? With his size, it should help tremendously in moving the line in those short yardage situations. Maybe we score a few more TDs and it gives the opposition more to think about. We could use him as an additional blocker, TE eligible, FB, potential G and move Powers to C for more size. Faalele is an unknown, why not utilize him. Just a suggestion.
BTW love Linderbaum and Hamilton, potential PBs. Pepe is a good slot corner and Stout is serviceable. Overall, it was a good draft.
