And this is why I don't engage in long debates with liberals. All their info comes from highly questionable and/or suspect sources. You cannot possibly debate someone who clings to those sources. And anything you throw back at them gets immediately classified as "right-wing conspiracy theory"...even proven facts.

And if they don't say that, they'll evade the crux of the issue and say "Well what about when Trump said/did ________?"

Well when we see this and other things like america is racist or we need more socialism they don't even understand what freedom is. Life. Liberty. And the pursuit of happiness, That's it. Not a bunch of guarantees/welfare. Your rights are in the Bill of Rights and the rest of the amendments in the Constitution. The rest is on the people.

Let's have the toddlers sitting indian style 15 feet from the fireworks display. Yeah this isn't dumb.

I look back on my firework career and I'm grateful we had no accidents. When we were in the stage where we held things they were all small and had no misfires. As I got older we went to things you sit down, light and walk away. No holding of anything. We launched off a solid level platform. There was always a hose and a trashcan full of water nearby and kids were never line of sight from the launching area (although that's no guarantee you won't get a weird flyer). Towards the end we launched from the driveway while everyone watched from the other side of the house. That was the best and safest set up. My douchebag neighbor started causing problems in the last 5 years even though I moved out front where there was no way it could land on his pool cover or house. Guy is just a dick.

This is just beyond dumb though. Freak accident but they are doing everything wrong here.

There's always at least one asshole in every group with access to fireworks. It never fails.

Love of fireworks is a universal man thing. As my uncle used to say, everyone has a little pyromania in them.
