    WTF, I was literally reading reports last night about how Ferguson was balling out and looking poised for a breakout year, and then I check this morning and he's dead. Absolutely heartbreaking.

    His career earnings over 3M, I doubt he was living in a $150k townhouse in the middle of Baltimore. Wouldn't be fair to speculate on why he was there. I'm sure we'll find out.

    I'm not intimately familiar with Baltimore neighborhoods, but that street appears to be predominantly a bunch of nicely kept brick row homes, worth $175-200k, with typically middle-class vehicles parked out front. Nothing flashy, but no obvious red flags. Is this actually a bad area?
