Transitioning from defensive end to interior defender prior to the 2018 season, Kelly is in need of more polish as both a pass rusher and run defender, as he’s a ways away from being a contributor of any kind. Lacking moves in his arsenal and playing a bit out of position at times, Kelly must continue to add more to his repertoire.
