No these are existing leases.
You got these independent owned gas stations all in cahoots. Them and Royal Farms,Wawa and the such. All of them conniving and plotting in the backrooms on how to stick it to the common man. Now Biden wants to come in on his white horse and price fix which will only cause rationing in the future.I don't know a lot but I know a little

Refiners or traders. Oil itself is a commodity, and gas stations only have a couple cents of margin per gallon. Therefore, you're either looking at oil refiners or traders as the links in between.
To elaborate, I don't actually think there's a price fixing scheme, but suggesting it's the gas station operators driving the price up is absurd.
