He pretty much started with the ravens. Been here since 2014. Only left for 1 year. I doubt he assemble a staff / entourage in that 1 year that he needs to come back with.

Harbs has groomed this guy. hired him as an intern and he remained in the transition from Pees to Wink. I just get the sense Harbs is much more involved in the D than people think. This is 100% why they canned Wink.

Eh.. it’s probably just a formality. If anything, they’ll bring Cullen back on staff as an assistant since jags getting a whole new staff
