What would Greg Roman do with 13 seconds?
Another thread covered what would Wink do with 13 seconds. Perhaps a more interesting question would be what would GRo do with 13 seconds and three time outs? First play would be a run up the middle with LJ or his backup, 2 yards. Second play would be a pass to the flat to Richard, 5 yards. And final play of the season either a short pass to Hollywood so he could run away from contact or a ten yard seam route to Andrews. Game over with the ball at our 37 yard line. But we did get the first down. What are your guesses for what he would call?

Pray for us.
You also missed a delay of game and/or wasted time out

Re: What would Greg Roman do with 13 seconds?
The first play would have been a pass to our speedy running back who' is on crutches, still recovering from an ACL, but the second play would have been most definitely a pass to Mark Andrews of course.
In other words it would have been exactly the same so it doesn't fit your agenda but it's the truth..... And until you recognize that it's players like Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce that won the game nothing's going to matter

Doesn’t matter what he calls, Lamar gonna try and force the ball to a triple covered Andrews while Bateman runs wide open down the sideline

He'd run his famous QB keeper up the middle and then fail to get another playcall sent in on time.

Dump pass to the back for 7 yards. Game over because Harbaugh would have already burned their timeouts.

Re: What would Greg Roman do with 13 seconds?
Roman would throw a bomb to Marquise, which of course would be incomplete. Then only having about 5-6 seconds remaining on the game clock, be would call for a 15 yard pass to Andrews, which would be completed but Andrews would be tackled far short of FG range as the clock expired.
In the second Browns game, the Ravens had the ball on their own 40 yard line after recovering an onside kick with 1:13 left on the clock and with 2 time outs. They only needed to gain 25 yards to be in Tucker's FG range to win the game. The first play Roman called was a bomb to Marquise that was incomplete.“When the sea was calm, all ships alike showed mastership in floating.”- William Shakespeare

It probably is worth noting that Mahomes didn’t run a play called by the offensive coordinator bit rather a plan the he and Kelce had hatched on the sidelines.
This strange fascination with blaming coordinators and play callers for bad plays and crediting the athletes for good plays seems to persist across all fan bases. The problem is always “the suit,” never the little worker guy - well the millionaire ball player as it happens to be in these football cases.

He would run Lamar straight up the gut into 700lbs of DL players!

Well if the La Rams game is anyindication Greg Roman would go long. KC's strategy against the Bills was brilliant with the Bills defense playing right into Mahommes' hands.
