Would that matter? The NFL is year to year anyway and change at the Coordinator positions is mostly a good thing because they don't have tape on you, or they don't have tape on that DC with this personnel etc.

Changing every year is bad but, unless your scheme or coordinator is great, there aren't a lot of advantages to too much continuity.

Don’t know, but those endorsing Anthony Weaver, what does he bring to the table other than being already there? Don’t mind if he’s the best candidate, but would rather have someone with a proven track record. The defense doesn’t need to carry the team it just needs to be average at worst.

So do people want Weaver to be the next DC or just think he will be because its a Harbaugh thing to do?

I'm looking at Weaver's resume and I'm not seeing anything that says he would be any more successful than Wink. I think some people get swayed by the "former Raven" stuff but that doesn't mean shit as far as how good he will be.

I seriously hope we pass on Weaver and look for someone outside the organization.
