The 2022 offseason Antonio Brown thread
AB went on the “I am Athlete” podcast today and said his next chapter was playing with Lamar Jackson.
Lamar retweeted it: https://twitter.com/lj_era8/status/1...507175433?s=21
This will be talked about all offseason, so we should probably kick it off here.
I’m firmly in the no way could or will it ever happen camp, but let’s get nuts RSR"That's not Donovan McNabb."

Re: The 2022 offseason Antonio Brown thread
I actually watched the full clip before this chopped version. He wasn’t saying he wanted to play with Lamar Jackson. Brandon was naming who are the next up QBs after Brady retires and Brandon said mahomes and josh Allen and AB was just saying don’t forget about Lamar Jackson.
In the original clip with actual context it was clear exactly what AB is saying. Funny how editing a clip without context can make a statement seem complete different that what was meant.

Not blaming you Shrubbs, cause someone had to post this topic
Mods: I suggest that any and all future Mr Big Chest threads be moved here."I believe the state of Football has made defenders timid... we know the rules are implemented to help the NFL offense score points because people tend to like when touchdowns are scored... You'll watch a great game and the game will be 10-10 going into the fourth quarter and people will be like, 'I'm bored'."

Re: The 2022 offseason Antonio Brown thread
If AB did come here, how fast would he turn on the organization? I would bet given our low volume passing game, he’d be publicly going after Lamar and Harbaugh by week 5

No point in investing cap space, a roster spot, training camp reps, and practice reps in a guy that is likely to quit on the team. Invest those in someone who will pay them off by sticking around.

He isn't coming here, most of us don't want him here so why start a thread here? Too many threads being recycled again and again.
