I follow Dolphins pretty closely and two years ago advocated for Flores as coach of the year. But this year he kind of lost the team.
Some on here still don't believe in Tua and I don't know if he's long term but he had the highest completion % in the history of the league at one stretch.

They need to figure out if Tua is the future and either build around him, or draft the next guy. Their Oline is also last in the league and you don't win a lot of games that way.

what? They want Harbaugh (Jim)?

That was my first thought as well. Stephen Ross tried to get Jim Harbaugh the last time he was available and that was before he fired his coach. I doubt this is a coincidence.

You don't win 8 out of your last 9 if you've lost the team. If he had lost them at some point, he obviously got them back for that 9 game stretch. This is the worst head coach firing since Jim Caldwell in Detroit.

Chris Grier is the GM in Miami. He and Flores had a falling out, as did Flores and Tua. It's as simple as that - Grier won the power struggle.

They are NOT targeting Harbaugh
