Our OC did that last year in a playoff game. I nearly crapped myself.

That source doesn't have a lot of cred in this situation.

Bottom line: if you wanna stay in the lineup, play well.

    Disagree on both

You obviously donít listen to a lot of talk radio but Brady Quinn is an outstanding analyst heís really found his calling. And putting a rookie quarterback out and jerking him every time he makes a mistake is never going to work

The NFL directly benefits from federal governmental action. Only makes sense that the government can have oversight.

Politicians should focus on real problems and not entertainment. Some representatives just want to grandstand to boost their profile.

Miami's problem this season is there is no Fitzmagic to bail them out.

I can respect that. I have not, in fact, listened to Quinn. My comment was more based on the fact that he was a QB who failed because he didnít have talent. Generally those are people who blame everything except the fact that they are not good enough. And thatís not a slight. Itís natural. I want a QB who is confident in his abilities. But I donít think it makes him an unbiased judge in this situation.

As to the latter, it is certainly an unorthodox way of developing a player. (Although I have hopes it will work for Queen at a different position.) But at the end of the day, we have seen QBs start day 1 and fail. We have seen QBs watch from the bench and fail. It generally has less to do with how a QB is handled, and more with how good they are.

Is Tua not good because he gets yanked every time he plays badly? Or does he play badly because heís just not that good? Cream usually rises to the top. The exceptions are QBs (David Carr, Tim Couch) who maybe come in with some talent, but the team is so godawful around them that they are unable to develop.

If youíre telling me a good QB in a good system with good players around him comes in and plays badly, solely because heís being rotated in and out, weíll have to agree to disagree.
